Most standard back-to-back split system installations are completed in 3 to 5 hours on the day. Larger or multi-head systems can take a full day.

How often should air conditioning be serviced?+

Every 12 months for a typical home in our Gold Coast and Tweed service area, and every 3–6 months for commercial, coastal or heavy-use systems.

What's included in a preventative maintenance service?+

Filter clean or replacement, indoor and outdoor coil clean, condensate drain flush, refrigerant pressure and electrical checks, thermostat calibration, and a written report — plus a fixed quote for any repairs before we do them.

Does regular maintenance really save money?+

Yes. A dirty coil or clogged filter can cut cooling capacity by 20–30% and push power bills up. A yearly service typically pays for itself in a single Queensland summer.

What happens if I skip servicing?+

Filters clog, coils ice up, mould grows in the drain tray, compressors run hot and eventually fail — and most manufacturers void the warranty without a documented service history.
