1. About us
This website is operated by Air Supply Air Conditioning Pty Ltd (ABN 91 605 945 417, ARC Licence AU25472) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, requesting a quote, making a booking, purchasing a report, or registering interest in a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Who can use our services
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to book services, purchase reports, or submit forms on this website. By using our website you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Quotes and enquiries
Any quote we provide (whether online, by email or on-site) is an estimate based on the information you supply and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change if the scope of work, site conditions, or equipment availability differs from what was described at the time of quoting.
Submitting an enquiry, quote request or "Register Interest" form does not create a contract. A contract is formed only once we accept your booking in writing (including by email or through a ServiceM8 booking confirmation) or begin work at your property.
4. Bookings and payments via ServiceM8
Bookings, quotes, invoicing and payments are managed through ServiceM8. When you click "Book Now", "Get My Report", "Order Now" or a similar button, you may be redirected to a ServiceM8-hosted page to enter your details and, where applicable, make payment.
- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST.
- Payment is required in accordance with the terms shown at checkout or on your invoice.
- Card payments are processed by ServiceM8's PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking where payment cannot be verified, where the work is outside our service area, or where the requested work is unsafe or not compliant with applicable standards.
5. Residential, commercial and caravan services
We provide air conditioning installation, servicing, repairs and maintenance for residential, commercial and caravan customers. All work is carried out by suitably licensed technicians in accordance with the Refrigerant Handling Licence Scheme (ARC), relevant Australian Standards and manufacturer requirements.
You are responsible for providing safe site access, accurate information about your property or vehicle, and any body-corporate, landlord or park approvals that may be required. Additional charges may apply for return visits caused by inaccessible sites, missing approvals or undisclosed site conditions.
6. Online report purchases
We sell digital reports for residential, commercial, caravan and off-grid customers. Reports are delivered electronically to the email address you provide, typically within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page.
- Reports are prepared using the information you supply and are for general guidance only. They are not a substitute for a professional on-site inspection.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- Because our reports are digital products delivered immediately or shortly after purchase, they are generally not refundable once delivered, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law (see section 9).
7. Register Interest forms
"Register Interest" or "Coming Soon" forms allow you to be notified when a service or product becomes available. Registering interest does not guarantee availability, pricing or a specific release date and does not create a contract.
8. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows
- Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, ideally at least 24 business hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours notice, or missed appointments where our technician is unable to access the site, may incur a call-out or scheduling fee.
- Deposits paid for special-order equipment may be non-refundable once the equipment has been ordered.
9. Warranties and the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition to your consumer law rights, installed equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and our workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your invoice or quote. Warranty claims should be made to us first so we can assess the issue and, where relevant, coordinate with the manufacturer.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect operation, power surges, storms, pests, or failure to carry out reasonable routine maintenance.
10. Website content and intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, guides, comparison articles and learning-centre material — is owned by or licensed to Air Supply Air Conditioning Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. 11. Third-party links and services
Our website links to third-party services (including ServiceM8, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and manufacturer websites). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties. Your use of any linked service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, spam tools) to submit forms or extract content.
We may block, discard or investigate any submission that appears to breach these rules.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
- Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access;
- Information published in our Learning Centre, comparison pages and reports is general in nature and does not constitute professional advice for your specific site;
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss (including loss of profit, business opportunity or data) arising from your use of the website, our reports or our services;
- Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or report, or refunding the price you paid for it.
14. Privacy
Personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
17. Website disclaimer
The following disclaimer applies to all information, reports, tools, comparison articles and learning-centre content published on this website or delivered as part of a purchased report:
