Will a rooftop aircon fit my caravan?

Most caravans, pop-tops and motorhomes can take a standard rooftop unit through an existing roof hatch or a new cut-in. We check roof thickness, internal clearance and 12V/240V setup before quoting so the install suits your van.
How often should my caravan aircon be serviced?

We recommend a service once a year, or before any big trip. Filters and coils get cleaned, gas pressures are checked and electrics are tested — it keeps the unit cool, quiet and reliable.
Do new installs come with a warranty?

Yes. New units carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 2–3 years depending on brand), and our workmanship is guaranteed. We'll walk you through what's covered before booking.
Which areas do you service?

We're mobile across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW — Beenleigh down through the Tweed and west to the hinterland. We come to your home, caravan park or storage yard. Outside that area? Give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
Can you repair brands you didn't install?

Absolutely. We service and repair all major caravan aircon brands including Dometic, Houghton, Truma, Aircommand and more.
How long does an install or service take?

A standard rooftop install is usually a half-day job. A full service typically takes 1–2 hours. We'll confirm timing when we book you in.
